A NEW HEADQUARTERS FOR LES MAÇONS PARISIENS

Founded in 1930, Les Maçons Parisiens is a company specializing in the implementation of reinforced concrete, serving markets for collective, public, and private buildings.

In 2018, the decision was made to leave the historic premises and establish the new headquarters of Les Maçons Parisiens in Massy.

The project’s design was entrusted to the architectural firm Desaleux Soares. The guiding principles revolve around simple and understated architecture, a choice of durable materials, while playing with the juxtaposition of white concrete, aluminum, and glass.

In the summer of 2021, the Les Maçons Parisiens teams were able to move into their new premises. The keywords for these new workspaces are Space and Brightness. But energy performance is not forgotten. The building, with over 6,500 m2 of usable office space, complies with reinforced RT2012 -40% standards.
