STORIES is an office real estate complex consisting of 4 independent buildings, complemented by 10,000 m² of services, 8,000 m² of terraces, and landscaped gardens. With excellent visibility from the ring road, the project creates a campus of 65,000 m².
The buildings have their own services (company restaurants, concierge, fitness center, technical and maintenance rooms, delivery area, and parking spaces) and their own technical facilities and equipment: the working environment is truly privileged! The Cerenn teams intervened under the project management of Optim for the general contractor CBRE in 2022.
